Just got back from my recent trip 12/22/10 - 12/27/10. For the most part of the trip fishing was slow but Bo was able to catch a couple over 10 pounds.

Bob Wirt's Outing This Past Weekend

Took pictures of 13 fish over 5 pounds this past 3 day trip. One 9 pounds, 3 were over 8, 4 over 7 with the rest 5 and 6 pounders. Here is a sampling of the fish.

Bo and Tim Catch a Few

Went out today to take some pictures of the lake. While we were out Bo and

myself decided to make a few casts. For being out for just a few hours we

ended up catching some really good quality fish. Bo put on Dt16 and right

away caught 2 fish on one crank bait with the largest one being about 7lbs.

and the smaller one being about 5.5lbs. Right after that I caught one that

was probably about 7.5lbs .

All the fish that were caught today were any where from 4-8lb range with Bo

having the biggest .Not a bad day on the lake........ Thanks Tim Smith

Hurricane Alex came through and gave the lodge a lot of water.

Black Bass at Lake Guerrero - April 2010

April got off to a fast start. Dicky landed this Black Bass on Lake Guerrero.

It weighed in at 15.4 pounds and was caught on crank bait !

Great time at Lago Vista. I've wanted to go hunting and fishing in Mexico for forever, and now that I finally got off my rear and DID IT, I'm wishing I hadn't waited so long. Can't wait to go back!
